Spring Outing 2008 Information
Listed down below are the official dates and breakdowns for the 2008 Spring Outings. The fee has yet to be determined. We will have more information posted on the web by Jan 1.
The registration process will begin on Tuesday, January 22 at 7:00 a.m. at our office. The registration period will end on Friday, March 21. All other registration/program info will be posted on the web by Jan 1. This includes; activities, theme, special guests, weekend agenda, how to register, types of payments, switches, cancellations, late registration fees, and closing out the weekends due to the large numbers.
We are fully aware that the first weekend is on the final Spring Break weekend of Wake County Public Schools. We do not have any other weekends to choose from in this case. Tribes need to try their best to go on their scheduled weekend, and we cannot currently address switching to other weekends — we will have that policy on the web by Jan 1, 2008 as well.
