Fom Camp Rockmont in the Fall to the season ending Spring Outing at Camp Seafarer or Sea Gull - and everything in between - all the OFFICIAL YGP outings, innings and events all collected in one place:

The 2011 Spring Outing is right around the corner, and it is time to prepare for the adventure. The cost of the Spring Outing will be $123 per person. The registration period will began Tuesday, January 18, 2011 6:00am in the Y Guides office. We look forward to seeing everyone at Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer this year for the Spring Outing.

A weekend: April 1-3 - 2nd Year Guides & 2nd Year Princesses (Tribes A-F) (SWITCHES FULL)
B Weekend: April 8-10 - 2nd Year Princesses (Tribes G-Z) (SWITCHES FULL)
C Weekend: April 15-17 - All 1st Year Guides

Action Ski & Outdoor Tours has once again put together an awesome day on the slopes at Wintergreen Resorts in Wintergreen, Virginia on Saturday, Feb. 12. The bus leaves from the YGP offices at 4:30am and returns home around 9:30pm. From skiing to tubing to snow boarding (some additional fees apply), Wintergreen offers adventurers of every age and experience a day of wintery fun! Get details here.

The annual Arapahoe Nation Kite Day will be Sunday, March 13 (1-4pm) at NC State's Carter-Finley Stadium parking lot. Info here.

Please park across Trinity Road at the fairgrounds and walk over to Carter-Finley. Bring your own kite, or model rocket, or buy one from a vendor on site. Making a homemade kite or air rocket would make a great tribal craft or father/child project. All kinds of kites and Kite Day patches will be available. This is a family fun event - everyone is welcome to come fly a kite.
